Free delivery within Sweden. EU, 20 euros. Outside EU, 45 euros.
Orders outside EU
Orders delivered outside of the European Union may incur import duties and taxes. These charges vary from country to country. As you will be responsible for any charges we kindly recommend you check with your local customs office for further information.
Livrest securely accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express. All credit card information is handled by Stripe using SSL and state-of- the-art encryption which ensures high safety and prevents unauthorized access. It is also possible to pay with PayPal and Apple Pay.
We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you would like to return your product or make an exchange to another one, please contact us at info@livrest.se. Make sure to include your name and order number in the e-mail. Kindly note that we only accept returns if the products are in the same shape and condition as when you received them and in its original packaging. Please also note that your expenses for returning products to us will not be refunded. If you have received an imperfect product please contact us at info@livrest.se within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and we will arrange a free return and exchange for you. We do not accept responsibility for products lost during a return delivery.
Outside of EU
For orders outside of EU, all costs for shipping and duties/import and export taxes will be paid by the client.
Refunds
Once your return is received our customer service team will evaluate your order. If your return is accepted Livrest will refund the full amount of the purchase to the original payment method. Please note that your expenses for returning products to us will not be refunded. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow 5-10 bank days for the refund to be processed.

Orders
Orders done at livrest.se are only for private use and are not intended for further resale. As a last step before your purchase you will see a summary of your order. Livrest reserves the right that products are subject to availability and that items might be out of stock. Livrest shall not be held liable in case of unavailability of products. All efforts are made to ensure that the pictures and the presentation of the products corresponds to the original products. Please however note that the physical products might differ from the digital photographs displayed on the website. Livrest has the right to cancel any order placed by a customer if Livrest suspects violation of these terms and conditions or the customer has proven to cause damage for the brand and/or the company Livrest.
Payment & Pricing
The prices displayed are inclusive of taxes within the European Union. Orders delivered outside the European Union may incur import duties and taxes. These charges vary from country to country. As you will be responsible for any charges we kindly recommend you check with your local customs office for further information. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the displayed price, this will be added in the checkout process. Shipping costs differ between countries. Free delivery within Sweden. European Union UPS Standard, 20 euros. European Union UPS Express, 35 euros. Outside of Europe 45 euros. Livrest reserves the right to change the price of any items on the website at any time. Shipping
Delivery times displayed on the website are an estimate and we do our very best to achieve these, but times can differ depending on conditions which are out of the control of Livrest. Estimated delivery time: Sweden 1-5 business days, Europe 1-5 business days, Outside of Europe 1-5 business days. Please contact info@livrest.se at any time if a delivery date has passed the estimated delivery time and we will help you resolve the issue. If you for any reason have received a damaged product or an item which does not correspond to your original purchase, please contact us at info@livrest.se as soon as possible or the latest within 24 hours from the date of received delivery. We will then arrange a free return for you.
Returns
Livrest.se orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us at info@livrest.se. Make sure to include your name and order number. Kindly note we only accept returns if the products are in the same shape and condition as when you received them and in its original packaging. Please also note that your expenses for returning products to us will not be refunded. We do not accept responsibility for products lost during a return delivery. After your return is received we will evaluate your order. If your return is approved, we will refund the order value to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 bank days for the refund to be processed. Should you want to exchange your product we accept exchanges on all our products. We cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges. If you have received an imperfect product please contact us at info@livrest.se within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and we will arrange a free return and exchange for you. For orders outside of EU, all costs for shipping and duties/import and export taxes will be paid by the client.

Livrest collects your personal information as part of the buying and selling process. We take responsibility for that this information is only used to verify, accept and handle orders, deliveries and customer relations in order to prevent fraud or misuse of information. Which data we store and how we use it
Claes Dalén Interiors AB collects customer user data in order to deliver a seamless and safe service for customers. We collect data for the following reasons:
